As a Consultant in the executive search team at Kerridge & Partners, Charlotte supports the Partners in C suite and senior leadership searches and appointments which span the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Before joining Kerridge & Partners, Charlotte completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and HR Management at the University of Waikato, including a semester abroad at Cardiff University. She then pursued further education at the University of Auckland, earning a Master of Organisational Psychology with First Class Honours.
Her studies and experience to date have provided Charlotte with an in-depth understanding of human behaviour in the workplace alongside a genuine interest in the convergence of business, leadership and people in the contemporary work environment. In 2023, this passion led to her involvement in Kerridge & Partners research project: The Future of Chief Executive Research in Aotearoa, which examined the evolving landscape of Chief Executive Leadership in Aotearoa, and how the Chief Executive’s job has changed considerably over the past decade.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys travelling, trying out new recipes and going for the odd morning swim!
