From this, we provide independent insights and stimulus, all of which is grounded in comprehensive research. This process enables boards to ‘advance their agenda’ in a structured and insightful manner.
Whilst we shy away from the title of being experts in governance, we look at a broad range of themes relevant to board directors. These include the diversity of board composition, roles and responsibilities, culture, team dynamics, engagement between the board and senior leadership, board processes and structure. We provide global ‘best practice’ examples, however our philosophy is centred on assisting boards identify and develop what works best for them: their own best practice.
