Sam joined Kerridge & Partners in late 2022 as an Associate Consultant in the executive search practice. Sam entered the executive search industry following a fourteen-year career as a New Zealand track cyclist. Sam’s career highlights were achieving an Olympic silver medal in 2016, 4x Commonwealth Games gold medals and 3x World Championship gold medals.
Sam’s experience in operating within high performance environments has given him the tools to understand communication pathways, identify critical success factors and analyse performance metrics. Sam’s passion for understanding the impact of effective leadership, drew him to Kerridge & Partners’ vision of a “world better led”.
Outside of work, Sam splits his time between Auckland and Cambridge in the Waikato. He is a dog lover and is involved in the cycling community as a mentor and coach to younger athletes.
