Sanara joined Kerridge & Partners in 2021 and is an Associate Consultant on the executive search team. She has been instrumental in the end-to-end search processes for C-suite, and GM-level roles across various industries for both public and private sector clients. Sanara's background in management, coupled with her research proficiency, bolsters her capability to offer meaningful recommendations and ensure the flow of insightful advice to both clients and our firm.
Sanara is passionate about assisting organisations to excel in a constantly evolving business environment by appointing transformational leaders. Her interest in this space prompted her participation in Kerridge & Partners most recent research project: ‘The Future of Chief Executive Leadership in Aotearoa’, which examined the dynamic role of Chief Executives of the future.
Sanara holds a Master of Commerce (First Class Honours) degree, specialising in Global Management and Innovation from the University of Auckland. She brings a keen eye for organisational development, strategy, and innovation.
Outside of work, Sanara enjoys exploring the Auckland food scene, travelling and film photography.
