Kerridge & Partners External Associate model is structured to provide executive and team coaching services within the human capital framework of the business. Four coaches contract on behalf of the firm, advising clients throughout the country.
The programme provides mutual benefits to clients and the firm. Chief among these is the breadth of leadership advice that we are able to provide as an integrated, one-party offer.
