Kerridge & Partners External Associate model is structured to provide executive and team coaching services within the human capital framework of the business. Four coaches contract on behalf of the firm, advising clients throughout the country.
The programme provides mutual benefits to clients and the firm. Chief among these is the breadth of leadership advice that we are able to provide as an integrated, one-party offer. We service organisations with talent acquisition and succession, while advising candidates on their progression through firms and through roles as the converse of this process. In effect, the associate model allows us coverage of clients across the longevity of their needs and of candidates across the development of their careers.
