Our Vision, Mission & Values

We continue to be driven by our founding mission statement – to transform the leadership landscape of New Zealand. Our vision is, simply put, for a ‘world better led’.

Our reason for being manifests in the values which we practice. The values which we stand by – Grace, Courage, Innovate and Together are much more than just some words on a wall. These words embody how we work and how we treat our clients, our candidates and each other. Ultimately, it is the daily practice of our values that drive Kerridge & Partners’ success.

External Associates

Kerridge & Partners External Associate model is structured to provide executive and team coaching services within the human capital framework of the business. Four coaches contract on behalf of the firm, advising clients throughout the country.

The programme provides mutual benefits to clients and the firm. Chief among these is the breadth of leadership advice that we are able to provide as an integrated, one-party offer. We service organisations with talent acquisition and succession, while advising candidates on their progression through firms and through roles as the converse of this process. In effect, the associate model allows us coverage of clients across the longevity of their needs and of candidates across the development of their careers.

Giving Back to Our Community

At Kerridge & Partners we believe that a core responsibility of business is to support the community within which we live.

Over the course of our history, we have provided a range of pro bono support to a variety of local not-for-profit organisations, through monetary donations, support and the provision of additional resources where we can.

Graeme Dingle Foundation

In 2014 Kerridge & Partners selected the Graeme Dingle Foundation as a major partner. Not to negate the extraordinary work done by a vast array of excellent not-for-profit organisations here in New Zealand.  Our selection was based on our aligned passion to make a difference and the ability to use our unique skill set to assist the organisation.  It was most important that we connected with an organisation that would give expression to each and every person and the teams' abilities as we mobilise behind the cause.

One particular resonance with the Graeme Dingle Foundation that we felt as a team is the independent research (read the report here) which demonstrates that for every one dollar invested in its programs, New Zealand benefits to the tune of over seven dollars. To date we have supported the organisation with the formation of its Board of Trustees, participated in mentoring and most recently led a career navigator program for a group of students from Auckland Girls Grammar School.

Whilst the Graeme Dingle Foundation has become our main partner, we are also very proud to be supporting the efforts of:
