Gemma is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of our administration team in support of the business. She also works closely with our partners as Secretary of our Board.

Highly organised and efficient, Gemma brings a predictable order to our very busy office. She manages internal HR, IT, marketing and PR issues as they arise as well as leading our admin team and ensuring our office systems run seamlessly.

Gemma honed her multi-tasking skills in the UK where she worked for several years as a Management Accountant, before emigrating to New Zealand and working for Auckland Regional Council, and then managing the finance team at ARTA.

As well as graduating with Honours with a Bachelor of Arts (Geography) from The University of Leeds, Gemma is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
