She progressed to a creative career in digital marketing at Castleford Media, specialising in content writing and SEO strategy for a diverse range of clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
Renisa joined the team at Kerridge & Partners in 2016 as an Associate Consultant, bringing her stellar researching skills, innovative thinking and warm stakeholder engagement approach to the executive search process. She has since led a number of search assignments in the GLAM sector with a focus on arts and cultural organisations, as well as led assignments more broadly in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She has particularly worked on local government searches and in the wider public sector, drawing on her studies in Political Science as context for the complex socio-political factors impacting the sector.
