Digital Transformation, accelerated in a post-Covid world - Implications for leaders and organisations in New Zealand – IMD / Kerridge Masterclass
By now, companies in all industries know that they need to transform digitally. Many start on a series of experiments, but they often have trouble integrating them to create an integrated digital strategy.
Kerridge & Partners is delighted to announce a Masterclass with IMD Professor of Strategy and Innovation and the Dean of IMD Southeast Asia and Oceania, Mikolaj Jan Piskorski in Auckland on Tuesday 25 May 2:45pm - 6:30pm.
Misiek will draw on extensive research to introduce a framework for developing a digital and analytics strategy, as well as tools required to implement it. We will then dive into how actual companies have utilised the frameworks and the tools to accelerate their own process of digital transformation. To further reinforce the lessons learned in the New Zealand context, the masterclass will conclude with a panel discussion with Roxanne Salton (Chief Digital Officer, Southern Cross Healthcare) and Pavan Vyas (CEO of Rush Digital, developer of NZ Covid Tracer App), who have led digital transformations.
Mikołaj Jan Piskorski, who often goes by the name Misiek, is a Professor of Strategy and Innovation and the Dean of IMD Southeast Asia and Oceania. Professor Piskorski is an expert on digital strategy, platform strategy, and the process of digital business transformation. He works with companies in various industries across the globe supporting them through digital transformation. He specialises in transformations that span the entire organization, starting with strategic advisory services to the CEO, strategic transformation projects and business development with the top management team, executive education with middle managers, and online education with the rest of the organization.
At IMD, Professor Piskorski is the Director of the Digital Strategy program, and a co-director of Leading Digital Transformation and Digital Execution programs. He is also the Director of the Digital Excellence Diploma. He also leads the global UBS Senior Leadership Program, Siam Commercial Bank digital transformation program, Daimler Digital Business Transformation Program, and Skanska Top Executive Program.
