CPO Roundtable Event - Sep 2025

We recently had the privilege of hosting a CPO roundtable, bringing together people leaders to share experiences and practical perspectives on transformation in today’s environment. 

We are grateful to Jodie King, CPO of One NZ, for joining us and sharing honest reflections on leading through change—especially around the realities of AI adoption, building resilience, and the importance of leadership cohesion.

The Q&A was thoughtful and grounded, with questions from the group that sparked genuine discussion. Some of the themes that stood out: 

  • Transformation is ongoing, not a one-off project

  • Agility and adaptability are essential for teams and leaders alike
