Joanne is the Co-founder and director of FutureWork Studio, Joanne brings more than 20 years experience in senior roles across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, Latam and South East Asia, working with a number of well-known organisations both domestically and globally. As Global Head of HR for Fonterra, Jo led the people strategy for more than 22,000 employees across 50+ markets. She has also led significant business units in both B2B and FMCG industries and has governance experience.  Passionate about diversity and inclusion, her combination of commercial experience and people focus gives her a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face in preparing for the future.
